Kundalini Yoga is practised with the eyes closed, to "go within", rather than being subjected to external stimuli.
It's a dynamic form of yoga that's accessible to everyone, with a wide variety of postures, breathing exercises and meditations, either sung or in movement. It works on energy, the chakras and the immune system, deeply cleansing the subconscious to let go of what's polluting you and what you no longer need.
It's a retreat called "Triple R": The theme of the retreat will revolve around RECONNECTING body, mind and soul. The REBIRTHING Kriyas will cleanse your subconscious and the deep RELAXATIONS will deeply soothe your physical bodies.

Olivia presents a yoga retreat where recharging your batteries is the key word. She teaches participants to refocus on themselves through breathing exercises. Breathing helps to directly connect the body to the mind. It allows you to feel the body's signals while bringing a more subtle awareness of emotions and thoughts.
In her retreat, Olivia introduces three different styles of yoga:
- Hatha: classic, gentle yoga, focusing on balance and alignment with sustained postures.
- Vinyasa: a dynamic style of yoga with fluid, rhythmic sequences synchronised with the breath. This form of yoga is more energetic and cardiovascular.
- Yin: a meditative, passive style of yoga, with postures held for long periods to work the connective tissues and promote relaxation.
As part of these retreats, Les Sources de Cheverny offers balanced, healthy, seasonal meals. Food is considered a central pillar of health, as what we eat directly influences our body and mind.
