Les Sources has been part of a unique story for over twenty-five years and is preparing for the future with flair.
Every winemaker aspires to create exceptional vintages. A dream that always begins with generous harvests, yielding perfect, balanced grapes that have reached full maturity. These years are rare and leave a lasting impression forever.
In the beginning, 30 rooms, including a stilted cabin, welcomed guests with two restaurants and a unique Vinothérapie® Spa, drawing its water from 540 meters deep. Over the years, the estate expanded with new rooms and suites, along with a wine bar. As for the restaurant La Grand'Vigne, it was awarded one Michelin star in 2010, followed by a second star in 2015. A year later, came the ultimate recognition—Les Sources de Caudalie became the first French Palace located in the countryside. Surpassed and surpassed again, the initial ambitions of Alice and Jérôme Tourbier then multiplied, and a new vintage began to take shape.

It will be Les Sources de Cheverny in 2020. In the Loire, another famous French wine region, they focus on respecting history by reinventing an 18th-century manor house and adding a few chalets with contemporary lines. Rising from the ground is a "village" of 49 exceptional rooms and suites, an inn with a wine bar, and a gourmet restaurant, Le Favori, crowned with a Michelin star.
But why stop there? Experience and maturity now motivate the couple to soon inaugurate two new addresses.
In Burgundy, it is in Gilly in Côte-d'Or that they are renovating a treasure of heritage from the 14th and 17th centuries. Classified as a historical site, the location features an ancient abbey that is set to welcome, by early 2025, 49 rooms and suites, a spectacular spa, and two restaurants.
Finally, on the Alsace wine route, Les Sources will rise a little higher with the Château d'Isenbourg, located not far from Colmar. The project, set to open in the spring of 2026, will feature around fifty rooms and suites, as well as various balneotherapy spaces, including an impressive 25-meter-long swimming corridor nestled within a vaulted wine cellar!
The exceptional vintages of Alice and Jérôme Tourbier unfold with grandeur. They uphold a unique way of life, focused on nature and the vineyards, while each retaining its own identity. True vintages.
