Prices
Prices include VAT, excluding tourist tax of €1.5 per night per person.
The half-board supplement includes breakfast and one meal at the Auberge (excluding drinks).
Credit cards accepted: Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard and American Express.
Cheques are not accepted.
HOTEL
On the day of arrival, rooms are available from 3.30pm. They must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure.
Any overtime will be charged as an additional night.
If you wish to have your room available before 3.30pm on the day of arrival, we recommend that you book the previous night (at a preferential rate if our occupancy allows).
Similarly for late departures, booking the following night will allow you to keep your room after 12pm.
If you do not wish to book an extra night, we are at your disposal to store your luggage.
All our rooms are non-smoking.
RESERVATIONS
A major credit card number is requested for all bookings.
The minimum stay is 2 nights over the weekend.
In case of long stay (from7 days), a bill will be made out per week.
Any booking of more than 7 rooms per day will be considered as a group.
Specific conditions will apply (rates, payment, cancellation...).
A pre-authorisation of the amount of your stay, plus 50€ per day, will be made on your credit card 72 hours before your arrival.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation of a stay must be made in writing. Cancellations are permitted up to 4pm local time, 7 days before arrival (excluding special periods such as end-of-year holidays).
If not, total amount of the stay would be charged.
If the stay is interrupted or in case of a no-show, the hotel will charge the total amount of stay.
Cancellations for booked treatments at the Spa must be received no later than 48 hours prior to your arrival. If not, total amount of treatments would be charged.
In our restaurants, cancellations without charges are permitted up to 12 hours before the time of service. We will ask you for a guarantee of €100 per person at Le Favori restaurant and €50 per person at L'Auberge restaurant.
OPEN POLICY
Restaurant Le Favori is open for dinners from Wednesday to Sunday and for lunches on Saturday and Sunday.
The Spa is open Monday to Thursday and Sunday from 10am to 7pm and Friday to Saturday from 10am to 8pm.
PACKAGES
Any extra service would be added to your final bill.
No reduction, no deduction, no reimbursement for any service not used.
CHILDREN
Extra babycot allowed for 20€ per day in our Prestige and Suites rooms or an extra bed for 50€ per day and per child in our Suites.
Children menus are available for children under 12.
PARKING
Free outside parking lot.
ANIMALS
Pets are allowed, but are not allowed in the restaurants L'Auberge & Le Favori, the outdoor swimming pool and the treatment area. They must also be kept on a leash on the property.
Charge per night: 30 €.
