Yoga retreat with Olivia Leclabart

Trained by Stéphane Colliège and Sreemati, Olivia Leclabart, our yoga teacher, completed her training with the Hatha and Vinyasa by the Yin with a deeper understanding of Chinese medicine. For our teacher, yoga is a complete discipline that also includes energy practices, which she shares during the classes she teaches.

To harmonise your body and mind, Oliviawill be with you every step of the way three days on the way to well-being : every morning, we invite you to discover a new complete yoga practicewhich will begin with a moment for you refocus on yourself with breathing exercisesfollowed by a implementation movement and body awareness. At the end of the afternoon, you'll have the chance to do some gentle practice with easy postures, held for a long time to allow the body to recover. stretch deeplyand clear your head. You can also enjoy a 50min massage (of your choice) and access to the the Spa by Caudalie, for the ultimate in relaxation. On the plate, you'll find the cuisine of our talented Chef. A kitchen tasty and generous made with fresh and seasonal products, where sometimes forgotten vegetables, fresh herbs and sweet spices are in the spotlight.

 

ON THE PROGRAM

Arrival at Les Sources de Cheverny in the afternoon

5.30-6.30pm Meet Olivia in the Aquarelles room, and Yin yoga (a gentle practice for reconnecting with yourself).

19h Dinner at L'Auberge around a shared table, with a tasty menu of healthy seasonal dishes*.

 

Monday 9th December

We recommend practising yoga on an empty stomach for greater vitality. Juices and oilseeds will be provided immediately after the yoga practice..

8am-10am A gentle wake-up call in the Aquarelles room, followed by a practice that builds in intensity. Olivia will be able to adapt to everyone's level: Meditation & Pranayama (breathing exercises) & Vinyasa Flow (dynamic yoga that combines each movement with breathing).

12h30 Lunch at L'Auberge*

3pm-4pm Walking, cycling, care, or free time

5pm - 6.30pm Yin yoga

19h Dinner at L'Auberge*

 

Tuesday 10 December

We recommend practising yoga on an empty stomach for greater vitality. Juices and oilseeds will be provided immediately after the yoga practice.

8am-10am Meditation & Pranayama & Vinyasa Flow

12h30 Lunch at L'Auberge*

2pm - 5pm Free time

5pm - 6.30pm Yin yoga

19h Dinner at L'Auberge*

 

Wednesday 11th December

We recommend practicing yoga on an empty stomach for enhanced vitality. Juices and nuts will be available right after the yoga session.

8am-10am Meditation & Pranayama & Vinyasa Flow
